Is LED light enough for aquarium plants?
Yes, and this deserves a straight answer because it’s the single most-searched question on this topic and half the guides online dance around it.
LEDs grow plants. The reason people still ask is a hangover from the fluorescent era, when hobbyists worried that LEDs didn’t put out the right wavelengths. That was maybe half-true fifteen years ago with early white-only fixtures. It is not true now.
